More than 30 machine tools cover an area of more than 6,000 m² for manufacturing large crankshafts under one roof.
BBased on 50 years of experience in crankshaft manufacture, continuous investments have equipped the workshop primarily with CNC work centres which meet the special requirements of these products.
Such extensive availability of CNC work centres means that since 1996, we have been in a position to perform finish-milling of all crank pins within a single clamping process. An alternative possibility for one-stop finish-machining crank pins has been available since 2002 in the form of our CNC grinding machine.
